Job Summary
The NFR Hubs Romania team is responsible for ensuring consistent implementation of NFR frameworks, policies, and procedures while fostering a collaborative environment.
You will support the NFR Framework & Policies team by maintaining accurate key processes, internal control documents, and assisting ODCR in implementing global procedures.
The role requires representing the team in senior stakeholder discussions and contributing to committees like NFRCs and MTs to resolve escalated issues.

3 years in Non-Financial Risk domain

Key Requirements
University/Post Graduate Master's Degree
Minimum 5 years of expert competence experience
Approximately 3 years in Non-Financial Risk or related field
Experience in banking sector preferred
Knowledge of governance, methodology, controls, and relevant regulations
