Job Summary
As a Dealer Success Manager, you operate as a Strategic Consultant and Customer-Centric Partner to our auto dealers, anchoring your efforts firmly within the Capital One Sales Process.
You will play a key role in Capital One’s technology and relationship evolution, educating and gaining buy-in from key auto dealer stakeholders.
This position will be traveling up to 50% within the metro area of Louisville, KY.

Salary
Base: $109,900 - $125,400; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits
