This role leads the end-to-end strategy for Creative Talent Pathway external partnerships and filmmaker accelerator programs to cultivate diverse talent.
The position involves managing the team's charitable giving strategy, including budget oversight and collaboration with Corporate Social Responsibility teams.
Candidates will work directly with senior leadership to socialize programs and facilitate high-impact interactions between creative executives and program alumni.

Must-have
6+ years experience in filmmaker labs or creative executive roles

Experience assessing creative materials and conducting interviews
