Job Summary

  • This role leads the end-to-end strategy for Creative Talent Pathway external partnerships and filmmaker accelerator programs to cultivate diverse talent.
  • The position involves managing the team's charitable giving strategy, including budget oversight and collaboration with Corporate Social Responsibility teams.
  • Candidates will work directly with senior leadership to socialize programs and facilitate high-impact interactions between creative executives and program alumni.
