Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • B.S. Mechanical Engineering from ABET program
  • 0 to 5 years in industrial/government design
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation, or Revit
  • Knowledge of IMC, ASHRAE, NFPA, and ASME codes
  • Ability to perform heating and cooling load calculations

Nice-to-have

  • Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated team-oriented professional
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Carrier HAP or Trane TRACE
