Must-have

  • 5+ years supervisory and leadership experience
  • Proven business development and strategy skills
  • Small Business and Consumer lending experience
  • Deep knowledge of bank operations and risk profile
  • Active NMLS registration status required

Nice-to-have

  • Notary License preferred
  • Strong financial analysis and presentation skills
  • Community involvement and brand ambassadorship
  • Experience managing complex or Denovo stores

Key Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years related experience in retail, customer service, or financial services
  • Supervisory, leadership, and coaching experience required
  • Must be eligible for NMLS registration under SAFE Act
  • Satisfactory criminal background and credit report checks
