Job Summary

  • The Legal Operations Lead will have responsibility in the following primary areas: (i) legal technology and systems, (ii) process improvement, (iii) knowledge and matter management systems, (iv) vendor and financial management, and (v) metrics and reporting for the Legal Department.
  • The ideal candidate will have: (i) extensive experience with legal billing and legal case management software, (ii) experience leading RFPs, negotiating fee arrangements, and monitoring vendor performance, (iii) expertise with defining and tracking key performance indications (KPIs) for legal operations.

Key Requirements

  • 5 years of related experience
  • Legal operations-related experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Proven ability to prioritize, organize and implement multiple complex projects
