Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Assistant Branch Manager to support daily operations, ensure service quality, and lead our team to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty and nail industry, strong people management skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for both customers and staff. Key Responsibilities Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily salon operations Supervise and motivate staff to achieve service and sales goals Manage appointment schedules and ensure smooth workflow Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product orders Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards in line with company policies Assist in staff training and performance evaluations Support marketing and promotional activities to drive customer engagement Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty, nail, or retail management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays Good organisational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic POS systems Experience in beauty/nail services is an advantage What We Offer Competitive salary with performance incentives Staff discounts on beauty and nail services Career growth opportunities within a premium salon brand Supportive and dynamic work environment
