  • The Financial Analyst supports the finance and operations teams by managing key accounting processes, performing financial analysis, and providing actionable insights that drive operational and financial performance.
  • This role is responsible for completing monthly close activities, preparing forecasts and annual operating plans, and partnering with operations leadership to evaluate financial results and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
  • 1-3 years working experience
  • 5 years of experience in lieu of education
  • Experience in Manufacturing environment or cost accounting preferred
  • Relevant professional certifications
  • Demonstrated experience building financial models
  • Prior work with Excel and financial/reporting tools
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Basic proficiency of Microsoft Office Products
  • Eligible to work in the USA
