Skills & Requirements
Must-have
BS, MS, or PhD in HCI or related field
One year professional design experience
Deep understanding of WCAG accessibility standards
Ability to critique AI-generated UI layouts
Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
Nice-to-have
Experience balancing user needs with business goals
Familiarity with Maze or UserTesting research tools
Knowledge of Jira, Linear, or Notion
Strategic thinking in product requirements
High-fidelity prototyping skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human-Computer Interaction
