Christiana Care's Newark Hospital is recruiting a Weekend RN Case Manager with experience in Transitional Care or Discharge Planning within an Acute Care Hospital setting.
The RN Case Manager will be responsible for managing patient care, driving patient progression, and establishing discharge plans as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Weekend Incentive Program includes a special rate of pay and full benefits, except for Paid Time Off (PTO), and external candidates are eligible for a 10K sign-on bonus.
