  • You will provide a high standard of clinical assessment, treatment and support to consumers of the St. Vincent’s integrated adult MHS and their carers, demonstrating excellence in discipline specific and recovery-focused case management skills.
  • The Clarendon Clinic Continuing Care Team provides ongoing specialist treatment and support to meet the identified needs of clients who suffer with a serious mental illness and associated high level of disability in the City of Yarra.
  • A focus on wellbeing initiatives, with regular events and programs, confidential employee counselling, and a healthy work/life balance encouraged.

Key Requirements

  • Division 3 or Division 1 Nurse with Psychiatric Endorsement from AHPRA
  • minimum 2 years post qualification experience
  • 3 years nursing experience preferably in mental health
  • Post Graduate Nursing in Mental Health qualifications
  • valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check or willingness to obtain
