Job Summary
This position supports the vision of housing operations by overseeing daily activities of assigned buildings to ensure effective operations and excellence in custodial, maintenance, service, safety, and teamwork.
The successful candidate will direct at least 50 technical service employees across 3-4 buildings housing over 1,000 residents while managing budgets and ensuring safety compliance.
