Base: zł174,800 PLN - zł262,200 PLN; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package described as part of total compensation
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2+ years project management experience
HCM or Payroll implementation background
Fluent in English and German languages
Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems
EMEA regional implementation leadership
Nice-to-have
Consulting experience with software companies
Familiarity with Workday Launch Deployment Methodology
Business development or service sales experience
Experience coordinating third-party partners
Internal recommendations on methodology improvements
