Job Summary
The Regional Director of Operations will own the Operational, Financial, and Clinical performance over all offices within the region, ensuring the integrity of the Kolmac and/or Concerted Care Group clinical model and culture.
Responsibilities include P&L management, implementing operational initiatives, training clinic leadership on HR sensitive responsibilities, and ensuring site compliance with state licensing and regulatory bodies.
The role requires proven ability to grow census through outreach strategies, contribute to budget preparation, and develop evidence-based clinical programming.

Key Requirements
