Must-have
Master's or PhD in Materials Science
7-10 years R&D experience in abrasives
Expertise in nonwoven and coated abrasive products
Hands-on wet chemistry and formulation development
Thermoset resin systems knowledge (phenolic, epoxy)
Stage-gate commercialization process experience
Nice-to-have
Experience generating patents or IP disclosures
Knowledge of abrasive product safety standards
Leadership in cross-functional global teams
Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
Experience localizing products for emerging markets
Key Requirements
