Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-4 years pre-sales experience
Deep functional knowledge of HCM
Strong understanding of AI and ML
Excellent Italian and English communication
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts
Experience with Generative AI in enterprises
Knowledge of Workday acquisitions roadmap
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science
