As an FGPA engineer, you will implement this cutting-edge technology on a daily basis and enjoy the fact that it relates in some way to almost every important field in Applied Materials: control, algorithms, and machine learning.
The FPGA teams works along with verification methodology; hence, designers get a vast experience in working aside with verification engineers to bring faster, professional solution to the project, while focusing on architecture and testability.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
FPGA design in VHDL or Verilog
RTL design, synthesis, timing closure
Develop test bench and simulation tools
Logic synthesis and timing analysis
FPGA from Xilinx/Intel families
Nice-to-have

Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Dynamic work environment adaptability
Key Requirements
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related area
Over 5 years of experience designing FPGA
Hardware bring up and debug experience
Familiarity with high level programming languages
Familiarity with AXI methodology
Familiarity working with verification engineers using UVM environment
