The role requires managing staff performance, development, and training while ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and quality regulations including FDA requirements.

Must-have
7 years of finance experience
Multi-facility manufacturing responsibility
ERP proficiency (Oracle & Hyperion)
Lean manufacturing environment knowledge
Monthly financial reporting and analysis
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance
Experience with Lean Accounting practices
Strong presentation and forecasting skills

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum 7 years of finance experience
Experience within a manufacturing company with multi-facility responsibility
