Job Summary

  • This Advanced Hardware/Application Engineer role is responsible for driving and supporting project that focuses on cost optimization and Value Engineering for Honeywell Building Projects.
  • Lead projects that implement these Value Engineering initiatives and optimizations, collaborate with the Project Engineering, Proposal & Estimation and ISC (integrated supply chain), prepare drawings, BOM and provide inputs during bidding and Proposals.
  • Your role will also include overseeing, supervising and reviewing tasks performed by team members to ensure effective execution of work; managing end‑to‑end processes and projects for both internal and external clients with responsibility for timely and accurate delivery.

  • B. Tech/M. Tech (Instrumentation / Electrical/ Electronics / Electronics & Communication)
  • Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm systems, Access Control and Security Systems
  • Strong knowledge of BMS architecture
  • Knowledge of network protocols like BACnet, LON, Modbus
  • Experience in engineering, installing, and commissioning of HVAC & BMS systems for infra projects
  • Strong Leadership, Negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience in Value & Component engineering, Should Costing methodologies
