Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for leading production team in all production processes and operations to ensure best quality, highest efficiency, productivity, shortest time delivery of the product to the customer with lowest cost.
  • Developing and implementing in station process control systems, analyzing production processes, quality level, and other operational reports to measure production process performance and detect production problems and constraints.
  • Reviewing and developing people’s performance by identifying and strengthening weaknesses and organize necessary interventions for improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  • 5-8 years of experience in power products manufacturing
  • Experience in distribution transformers manufacturing preferred
  • Strong knowledge of production processes
  • LEAN Six Sigma and CI tools experience
  • Understanding technical design/drawings
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English
