Job Summary

  • This position is designed to strengthen local 4-H program excellence and impact statewide emphasizing the area of 4-H Youth Development at the county level.
  • This position provides specialized mentorship to new, mid-career, or struggling agents, focusing on individualized advice, success ideas, and real-time counsel.
  • The position will work individually or with groups of 4-H Agents to improve local excellence and impact in program planning, specialist interaction, and stakeholder communication.
