Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure or establish controls for products and processes related to various technical functions meeting customer and regulatory requirements.

Base: $57,750 - $84,700; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program supporting pay-for-performance; Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off

Must-have
5 years manufacturing experience in regulated industry
Understanding of GD&T principles
Proficiency with ISO9001/ISO13485 standards
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience using measurement tools like calipers

Key Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent required
Associate degree preferred in technical expertise area
Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience in regulated industry
Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Experience with dimensional testing and process capability studies
