The primary purpose of this job is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with their assessment and care plans.
Employees are expected to maintain confidentiality of resident information, assist residents with daily functions, and ensure a warm, calm environment throughout the unit and shift.
The role requires cooperation with other facility personnel to maintain adequate nursing services and includes responsibilities such as monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility, and reporting any changes or incidents promptly.
