The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must maintain confidentiality of all resident care information and report any suspected unauthorized disclosures or resident abuse.
The role requires cooperation with other facility personnel to ensure nursing services adequately meet resident needs and includes assisting residents with daily functions and mobility.
