Job Summary
The program leader will be responsible for the horizontal and vertical integration of the programmatic, contractual, and technical elements of the program as captured in the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to help ensure an executable program.
Responsible for developing, integrating, and managing all program master schedules baseline in alignment with contractual requirements and major proposal efforts.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience OR a master’s degree and 8 years of related experience
Minimum of 5 years of formal people leadership experience
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Integrated Master Planning (WBS/IMP/IMS)
Experience with enterprise-wide schedule integration tools
