Job Summary

  • This role will report to our Head of Revenue Operations and support the Customer Experience teams, partnering with senior CX and Sales leadership to drive overall productivity and effectiveness.
  • Responsibilities include aligning and executing customer experience strategy, operationalizing retention forecasts, building health metrics, assisting with business planning, and workflow optimization.
