Job Summary

  • This role will encompass two key areas: Organisational Design and Remuneration, partnering with leaders to deliver organisational reviews and strengthen design frameworks.
  • Support the business by analysing data to provide remuneration recommendations for senior contracts and specialised roles, advise on higher duties, and apply remuneration guidelines.
  • Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders to develop fit-for-purpose organisational structures and support remuneration that reflects skills and market benchmarks.
