Job Summary
As Business Analysis Assistant Manager, you will be responsible to ensure Haleon’s offline sales promotion spending management, process optimization and investment efficiency analysis.
Manage marketing budget planning, monthly/quarterly execution tracking, periodic reviews, and reporting, proficiently using Ariba for purchase requisition submission, order tracking, and supplier collaboration.
Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Procurement, and other teams to ensure standardized and optimized budget and spend management processes, providing training and support to business teams.

Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus
