• The Director of Station Operations and Development oversees all aspects of gas station’s daily business, focusing on maximizing profit, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining contractual and regulatory compliance.
• The hands-on position manages the company’s fueling gas stations/convenience stores and related commercial real estate portfolio maintenance and operations and negotiates contracts with tenants, clients, customers, properties acquisitions, and dispositions.
