Job Summary
Provides immediate supervision to a unit of employees and sets and delegates day-to-day tasks to achieve operational objectives.
Supervises unit operations to ensure compliance with divisional and Agency policies, procedures, and defined internal controls, and ensures accountability and stewardship of Agency resources.
Serves as a point person for audits from federal housing agencies, gathers and reviews pertinent documents, and trains and mentors new claims staff as needed.
