In this company-wide relevant key position, you are responsible for the strategic expansion and sustainable anchoring of health in the Miele Group.
You will develop and be responsible for an integrated, group-wide health system that strategically connects and further develops occupational health and safety, prevention, mental and physical health, as well as support in special life situations.
You will contribute your expertise to the strategic and economic management of the topic area, including budget planning, contract and partner management, as well as the further development of group-wide offers and cooperations.

Key Requirements
University degree in Health Management, Psychology, BGM or comparable
Several years of relevant experience in a Health, Corporate Health, Personnel or People Management role
Experience with key performance indicator systems, reporting structures or evaluation of health measures
