The performer will be able to research and interpret appropriate legal statutes to aid in the decisioning process and handle escalated/sensitive inquiries while working in an agile environment.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience in an HR role
2+ year of process management or project management experience
2+ years of risk management experience
1+ years security, law enforcement, legal experience or paralegal experience
1 year of experience adjudicating background investigation results
