Skills & Requirements
Must-have
15+ years of Facilities/HVAC experience
Refrigeration Technician License
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience with split systems and RTUs
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of building automation systems
Familiarity with cleanroom protocols
Experience with RODI Systems
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to inclusion and continuous learning
Key Requirements
15+ years of Facilities/HVAC experience
Refrigeration Technician License
Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required
