Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2 to 3 years industrial maintenance experience
Diagnose electrical circuits and wiring issues
Interpret complex blueprints and schematics
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
Utilize Maximo CMMS for work orders
Adhere to LOTO and NFPA 70e safety protocols
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of PLCs and robotics systems
Experience with laser operations and furnaces
Ability to train other technicians
Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
Willingness to work overtime on holidays
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 2 to 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
Must be at least 18 years of age
