  • The Senior Legal Counsel II will lead all functions related to labor and employment legal within the extended HR team and in direct coordination with the AAI General Counsel, focusing on reducing risks and managing labor relations.
  • Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating employment agreements, executing HR policies, managing labor relations campaigns, directing outside counsel, and leading investigations of E&C People Matters.
