Job Summary

• This is a sales leadership role to lead and build a team of pure hunters.
• Partner with sales leadership and other functional groups to ensure the SEA hunter team has the support and guidance needed to predictably over-achieve their goals.
• You have demonstrated success building a team, adding pipeline and fuelling explosive growth through a mix of inbound and outbound closed deals.

Base: 60% of On-Target Earnings ($57,600 - $144,000 USD); Bonus/Equity: 40% of On-Target Earnings ($38,400 - $96,000 USD); Benefits: Competitive benefits

• Proven track record of mentoring direct reports
• Experience with tools for Account Executive function
• Proven track record of hiring and maturing a growing team
• Experience in fast-paced and ever-changing environments
• Proven ability to grow a global team
• Experience managing multiple reports on a distributed basis
• Experience managing a team of quota carrying Account Executives
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Experience managing AEs across SEA, South Asia, & GCR is an advantage
