As a Senior Managing Consultant in the Program & Change Acceleration team, you help clients achieve their desired future in large-scale change initiatives, focusing on sustainable behavioral change.
You will develop change programs, manage their execution, and focus on one or two sectors/clients that match your experience, making complex change projects successful with a focus on organization, processes/systems, and people.
Capgemini offers a direct permanent contract, a competitive salary between €5,300 and €6,500 gross per month, a yearly bonus, 8% holiday allowance, and a mobility allowance of €900 per month.
