Salary

Base: $114,100 - $214,950 annually (US); Base: $148,500 - $214,950 annually (California); Short-term incentives via Annual Incentive Plan; Equity awards may be eligible

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3-5 years production experience with distributed applications
  • Experience architecting large-scale Observability platforms
  • Proficiency in Go or Python programming languages
  • Hands-on experience with Splunk, Clickhouse, Loki, or Elastic
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes orchestration
  • Experience defining SLOs and SLIs for service quality

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Grafana, Cortex, Tempo, or OTEL
  • Familiarity with OpenTelemetry open-source community
  • Background in cloud security and automation concepts
  • Experience integrating AI agents into large-scale deployments
  • Strong communication skills in diverse distributed teams
