• You will develop and implement plant technical strategies focused on engineering projects and systems, guide vertical startup processes that support low‑loss production systems, and provide solutions to technical challenges that enhance production performance.
• Lead the implementation of the capital plan and ensure alignment among Safety, Sanitation, Quality, Environmental, Operations, Maintenance, and Finance teams.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Five years of experience in Food Manufacturing
• Three years of training experience preferred
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar capital projects
• Project management experience
• Leadership skills
• Willingness to rotate shifts and work weekends and holidays
