Lead a large complement of junior, mid-level and senior Structures staff and provide mentorship, direction, and motivation on a daily basis and in a strategic manner to ensure AECOM remains an employer of choice for Structural skills.
Lead client relationship/business development activities through early interaction, “scope of work” development, interviews, and on-going client maintenance interface.
