Technically ensure end-to-end technical coherence, overall compliance and performance of the solution through the entire life- cycle (from contract signature to in-service operation).
Define, evaluate and decide on trade-offs, e.g. technical trade-offs, costs, value, manufacturing, service and risks, along cost level together with Programme and CoC(s).
