The primary responsibility of the RN Supervisor is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
The role involves coordinating and participating in resident care, managing IVs, supervising nursing staff, and communicating with physicians, healthcare providers, and families regarding resident care and treatment.
The RN Supervisor also participates in staff orientation and training, quality assurance programs, facility surveys, and ensures regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy.
