This field-based remote role offers a competitive annual base salary range of $200,000.00 to $275,000.00 USD along with comprehensive benefits.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years pharmaceutical industry experience
Rare disease or orphan drug experience required
Primary management of targeted payer accounts
Knowledge of Medicare Part B/D and Buy and Bill
Established relationships with regional payers
Nice-to-have
Experience in cross-functional matrix environments
Strong stakeholder leadership skills
Ability to translate complex policy into commercial impact
High ethical standards and compliance mindset
Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical/biotech experience
Orphan and rare disease experience required
Recent launch experience in Medical and Pharmacy benefit products
