Job Summary

  • This position will work with business lines to evaluate whether identified restricted prospective customers fit within our risk appetite, within the current BSA/AML/OFAC program, and if programmatic gaps are identified to develop an onboarding and monitoring program that meets regulatory expectations for a strong BSA/AML program for approval.
  • This position recommends expansion of current program requirements when appropriate and works closely with other BSA/AML Leaders to enhance procedures, technology, and monitoring rules to engage newer customer types.
  • Wintrust provides community and commercial banking, specialty finance and wealth management services through its 16 bank charters and nine non-bank businesses.

Salary

Base: $98,000-$132,000; Bonus/Equity: eligible to earn an annual bonus; Benefits: Comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life, a 401k plan with a generous company match and tuition reimbursement

Key Requirements

  • 5-7 years BSA experience
