Key Requirements
BS in an Engineering discipline (mechanical or electrical preferred)
Five to 10 years' experience implementing RCM, CbM/PdM methods
Experience with building automation and energy management systems
Thorough understanding of asset management, data analytics, and capital planning approaches
Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems
Extensive knowledge of commercial, critical, manufacturing, labs, or distribution facility types
