Job Summary

• Manage a team of 4 – 6 team members and multiple key areas for global month-end close process including but not limited to bank reconciliation, prepaid expense review, expense accruals, balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Collaborate and coordinate with various business partners including Treasury, FP&A, Accounts Payable teams for proper recording of transactions and support external audits and reviews by ensuring timely completion of supporting schedules to the auditors.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational innovation and regularly interact with business owners and management on accounting matters, develop and mentor accounting staff to build their professional career and maximize potential.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 8+ years of accounting experience
• 4+ years in people leadership/managerial role
• Experience using a large ERP system
• public traded company experience preferred
