Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse to the Health and Wellness Director or Executive Director promptly.
