Key Requirements
BS or BA degree
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of water quality or Stormwater management
Knowledge of the California State Water Board Permits
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Current QSP Certification
Experience with SMARTS
Familiarity with California Stormwater Construction General Permit
