Job Summary

  • On a project basis, plans and participates in the gathering and analysis of information for defining project scope, business requirements, process definition, training, testing and other activity and documentation to support project delivery.
  • Assists in addressing problems/solutions, risks and issues of any scope and size, analyses information, determines feasible solutions and articulates recommendations to the project team.
  • Mentors junior team members and promotes an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
