Job Summary

  • Support The GO Year of Discipleship by leading program events and providing Christ-centered mentorship to GO Year students, focusing on enhancing their on-site experience.
  • Design and implement on-campus culture and community-building activities, create and manage weekly activity schedules, and coordinate logistics with department leaders.
  • Provide consistent, day-to-day mentorship and discipleship through weekly one-on-one meetings and small group devotionals, monitoring students' spiritual, emotional, and mental well-being.
